N.B. The price shown is based on the staircase above and calculated based on current pricing.

Exposed Back Construction:

"Standard construction" staircases are held together with wedges and glue blocks, meaning the underside must be covered.
However, this staircase is manufactured "exposed back", meaning the staircase's underside can be left uncovered.

This particularly suits this staircase, given its prominent location in the entrance hall.

N.b. Stairs manufactured this way must have solid risers.

No overhang, square profile treads.

The treads on this staircase do not overhang the riser and have square edges; this is a more modern look and matches the rest of the staircase, which features many square parts (handrail, glass brackets, bottomrail).

Square Feature Treads:

The bottom two treads on this staircase are square; again, this matches the theme of this staircase, which is modern and square edged.

Two-Quarter Landings:

This staircase is a “half turn” staircase, meaning it turns 180°. This can be done either by using a half landing, a quarter landing or kite winders.

This staircase uses quarter landings; it’s generally considered that landings are more pleasant to walk up but take up more space; this is because a winder box takes up the same amount of space as a quarter landing but contains three treads instead of one.
