Returns Policy

Returns on stock items:

We are happy to accept returns on any stock item supplied by us which are not made to measure within 30 days of you taking delivery of the item if you are not fully satisfied with the product.

Returns on made to measure items:

We are unable to accept returns on items made to your dimensions i.e. stairs and stair parts that have been manufactured especially to your sizes. Unless, they are either faulty, or not to the agreed sizes.

Money returned:

We will refund the full amount you paid for the products returned
however you would have to pay the cost of the return.
The credit will be returned in the same way you paid for the product.

Condition & Packaging:

Returned items must be unused and returned in the original packing in a saleable condition.

Who pays for the return:

On products that you are not satisfied with or do not require, it is your responsibility to pay for the return.
On faulty products we will pay for and arrange the return.
