Primed staircase with glass panels on clamps

When there's a 90° turn, such as on these stairs, it's possible to either have:

• A kite winder (3 treads in turn).
• A quarter landing (1 tread in turn).

Regardless of the chosen option, the total number of treads in the staircase will be the same. As such, using a quarter landing is less space-efficient.

However, quarter landings are cheaper and are more pleasant to walk up.

We offer various staircase components primed, including:

• Strings
• Posts
• Post Caps

This staircase was supplied with strings, posts, handrails and baserail primed.

Although primed components still need painting with a top coat, they're not significantly more expensive and save time on site.

We offer glass panels either:

• On clamps (with a choice of style and finish)
• Embedded into a groove within the handrail & baserail.

This staircase features glass on clamps - D-shape, Brushed Metal.

We offer glass clamps in D-Shape or Square style.
Finished in either; Brushed Metal, Polished Metal or Black Metal.

We offer numerous options for feature treads. However, this staircase's traditional curved bullnose feature tread is still the most popular choice.

Traditional bullnoses have the following advantages:

• Staying within the width of the staircase.
• Moving the posts back by one tread depth creates a feeling of more space.
• The most cost-effective feature tread option.
