N.B. The price shown is based on the staircase above and calculated based on current pricing.
Stairs can either have glass embedded into a groove or held in place with glass clamps.
This staircase's glass is held in place using square, brushed glass clamps. However, we offer various options for glass clamps.
Normally, you would have a balustrade up the inside and walls around the outside. However, the outside on the first run is exposed on this staircase, so a balustrade is required here to comply with building regulations.
We can provide stairs with some components pre-primed.
Primed components aren’t significantly more expensive and will save you extensive time when finishing the stairs, should you be painting it.
Primed components will still need a top coat of emulsion of a colour of your choice.
If an oak stair is to be carpeted, it doesn't make sense to supply the treads and risers oak, given the cost saving.
As such, this staircase features MDF treads and plywood risers, ideally suited to carpeting.
This staircase uses 'signature profile' handrail, which we no longer stock, however, we can generally supply it as a special order.
This staircase having two kite winders allows it to turn 180°.
The kite winders are next to each other, forming a tight turn. The inside winder box posts are glued together to form a 90x180mm post
Good straightforward company to deal with and stairs fit perfectly into a tight area.
