Quarter Landings:

When a staircase has a turn(s), you can either use landing(s) or winder(s).
This staircase features two-quarter space landings. The advantage of a landing is that it's considered easier to walk up.
However, landings take up more space than a winder box because a winder box has three treads in the same area as a quarter landing with only one tread.

Chamfered Spindles and Posts:

Although square stair components have become more popular, chamfered parts look fantastic in the right property. This staircase features a gallery landing area of chamfered posts and 41mm oak spindles.

Carpeted Stairs:

Supplied to a property in Scotland, these stairs feature a Tartan carpet. If the stairs are carpeted, it makes sense to use MDF and Plywood for the treads and risers because this saves money.
The first tread is a curtail feature tread and is exposed. As such, we supplied the first tread and riser in oak.

HDR Handrail:

We keep two handrail profiles in stock; the most popular choice for use with glass balustrades is the "modern choice" profile.
However, the HDR profile handrail remains an ever-popular choice with its excellent looks and ergonomics.

Excellent quality product.
Good support staff.
Very happy with the final product at a reasonable price.
