Approval process:

After you order, we’ll send a final confirmation document within one working day for your approval before manufacturing the stairs. This will include a plan view, 3D view, and specifications. You can request further changes before approving this document online.

Delivery & Lead Times:

• Our standard lead time is up to 10 working days, except for open riser and cut string staircases. For a precise lead time before ordering, please contact us.
• Once the stairs are nearly complete, we’ll call to arrange a delivery date, and our drivers will provide an estimated arrival time a few hours before delivery.
