Approval process:

After you order, we'll send a final confirmation document within one working day for your approval before manufacturing. This will include a section view with specification. You can request further changes before approving this document online.

Delivery & Lead Times:

• For a precise lead time before ordering, please contact us.
• Once the balustrade is nearly complete, we'll call to arrange a delivery date, and our drivers will provide an estimated arrival time a few hours before delivery.
