Tkstairs: Information on deliveries

General information;

We can delivery staircases and stair parts throughout the UK, stair parts get sent out for next day delivery.

With staircases we ensure that they’re delivered to you in the condition that they left our factory in, we deliver our staircases in long wheel base sprinter vans, this means once your staircase is loaded into the van it isn’t removed until it’s delivered to you, ensuring it arrives without damage.

All of our staircases are sent out suitably wrapped with experienced helpful drivers who specialise in the transportation of staircases.

Delivery options;

You can have your staircase sent out one in one of the following ways;

Part Assembled;

This is where we assemble the staircase in our factory, then remove any posts and winder treads before sending the staircase out, the reason we do this is that if the staircase was fully assembled, it would be too large to fit in a van, however re-attaching the post and kite winders is a relatively simple task, please see our fitting instructions for more information.

Flat Pack;

This is where the staircase is delivered to your in kit form so requires fully assembling from scratch, this is ideal when the area the staircase is going into doesn’t have much space.

Lead times;

Our lead times vary a little bit depending upon how busy we are and also your location, for an accurate lead time, please contact us, however they generally are between 7 and 10 working days for a standard construction staircase.

Mini riser, open riser, exposed back and cut string options work on a separate lead time which can fluctuate; please contact us to find out an up to date lead time on these.
